klx8 Terms and Conditions — Bangladesh Players Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and klx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the klx8 online gaming platform available at klx8.pro and any associated services, features, content, and functionality offered by klx8.

By registering an account on klx8, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. klx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are credited to the player's account balance in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). There are no deposit processing fees charged by klx8.

During an investigation, withdrawals may be suspended. klx8 will notify the account holder of any investigation hold via their registered contact details within a reasonable time.
